User registration
To participate in an auction, users have to register in our auction system - create an online account (please note, registration from the eshop does not work here, you need to register to the auction system separately). Our online account registration requires: First and Last name, e-mail address, country of residence (for the purpose of shipping fees calculation and to confirm the user resides in the European Union).
Auction and bidding process
Each auctioned item detail page includes information about the goods (main characteristics and necessary details, photos etc.), duration of the auction and its ending date+time, starting price/current bidding price.
By bidding in the auction the user confirms that they are prepared to purchase the product they are bidding on for the price of their bid, plus the shipping fee.
Auction ending
The user who places the highest bid within the time limit of the auction becomes the buyer who concludes the purchase contract for the goods in question. The customer is informed about the winning bid by e-mail and the following process is similar to the purchase on our e-shop: the customer receives payment details, specifies his/her delivery address, makes the payment. The plant is then sent in the standard way within our e-shop process.
If the auction winner does not respond to the communication and does not pay for the goods within 3 days of receiving the payment details, his bid is considered invalid and the goods are offered to the second highest bidder.
The Seller reserves the right to exclude a user who repeatedly violates the terms from further auctions.
Payment
The buyer will make payment based on the payment details received by email after the end of the auction. We accept payment via PayPal or bank transfer.
Shipping
We ship only inside the EU.

Slovakia: Packeta výdejní místo: 4 Eur, Packeta doručení na adresu 7 Eur
Note: There is a length limit on packages we ship abroad, that means pitchers that are longer than 60 cm can be broken to fit in the package, which does not have any effect on health of the plant.

Registrace uživatele
Pro účast v aukci se uživatelé musí zaregistrovat v našem aukčním systému - vytvořit si uživatelský účet (upozorňujeme, že registrace z našeho eshopu shop.sarracenia.cz zde nefunguje, je třeba se zaregistrovat do tohoto aukčního systému zvlášť). Registrace do našeho online účtu vyžaduje: Jméno a příjmení, e-mailovou adresu, zemi bydliště (pro účely výpočtu poštovného a potvrzení, že uživatel bydlí v Evropské unii).
Průběh aukce a přihazování
Stránka s detailem každé dražené položky obsahuje informace o zboží (hlavní charakteristiky a potřebné údaje, fotografie atd.), dobu trvání aukce a datum+čas jejího ukončení, vyvolávací cenu/aktuální cenu příhozu.
Přihazováním v aukci uživatel závazně potvrzuje, že je připraven zakoupit přihazovaný produkt za cenu své vítězné nabídky plus poplatek za dopravu.
Ukončení aukce
Uživatel, který v časovém limitu aukce učiní nejvyšší nabídku, se stává kupujícím, který uzavírá s prodejcem kupní smlouvu na vydražené zboží. O vítězné nabídce je kupující informován e-mailem a následující postup je obdobný jako při nákupu na našem e-shopu: kupující obdrží platební údaje, uvede svou dodací adresu, na kterou prodejce zboží odešle, provede platbu. Balíček je poté odeslán standardním způsobem v rámci procesu našeho e-shopu.
Pokud vítěz aukce nereaguje na komunikaci a nezaplatí do 3 dnů od obdržení platebních údajů, je jeho příhoz považován za neplatný a zboží je nabídnuto dalšímu zájemci v pořadí.
Prodávající si vyhrazuje právo vyloučit uživatele, který opakovaně porušuje podmínky, z dalších aukcí.
Platba
Kupující provede platbu na základě platebních údajů, které obdrží e-mailem po skončení aukce. Zákazníci z České republiky obdrží platební údaje k platbě v Korunách. Přijímáme platby bankovním převodem nebo prostřednictvím služby PayPal (pouze pro platby ze zahraničí).
